What time is check in and check out?

For our homes in Port Aransas, the check out time is 11 AM and the check in is 4 PM. In the Smoky Mountains, check out is at 10 AM and check in is at 4 PM.

Do you allow early check-ins?

We always try and accommodate early check ins at no charge when we are able to. If we have someone checking out the morning of your arrival, our cleaning team usually needs the full amount of time to make sure everything is cleaned to our high standards. If they do get done early, we will let you know and you are more than welcome to check in early.

Will I be given a key to check in or a code?

We send instructions for check in along with the address of the home 48 hours before check in. All of our homes have unique 4 digit codes for the duration of your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Tuquoise TIdes in Port Aransas is currently the only home that is pet friendly at this time. There is a pet fee non refundable pet fee of $75 per dog with a maximum of two dogs.
